October 4 – 2020 St Francis Feast Day Mass and Blessing of the Animals
On Sunday, Oct. 4, 2020, the fourth day of the National Novena to Our Lady of Good Help, The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help will hold a Feast Day Mass for St. Francis of Assisi at 11 AM, followed by the second annual Blessing of the Animals. Animal owners are encouraged to bring their pets, properly leashed, to the site for an outdoor blessing at 3:30PM. All animals in attendance must be properly monitored by pet owners while on site and during the ceremony.
