The Shrine’s EIN Number is 20-3929148. When listing the Shrine, please list as “The Shrine of Our Lady of Champion” with our address as 4047 Chapel Drive, New Franken, WI 54229.
Checks can be made payable to: National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion. Please include a pledge form of a note designating your gift. Any gift received without a pledge form or a gift designation will be booked as a general gift and will support the daily operations of the Shrine. The Shrine is always looking for volunteers to assist in its everyday needs and at large events. From helping at the gift shop to driving golf carts during its October 8th celebrations, volunteers of all ages and skill level are appreciated.
To become a volunteer, you can either fill out our online volunteer interest form or contact our volunteer coordinator by emailing volunteer@championshrine.org or calling 920-866-2571×123.
There are many ways to support the Shrine, both in-person and from your home. The Shrine accepts monetary donations through its Memorial Brick Program, Good Helper Program, Candle Lighting Program, and through general donations via cash, check, or online.
Those looking to support the Shrine by bringing a greater awareness to its mission can become an Ambassador. Through these resources, anyone can share upcoming events and happenings with one’s own parish and community.
