Shrine Operation’s Manager

The Shrine Operations Manager is a full-time on-site position responsible for the overall supervision of Shrine operations and activity under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. This includes responsibility for ensuring the fulfillment of each pilgrim’s experience at the Shrine.  The Shrine Operations Manager oversees revenue generation and expenditures, the supervision of staff and volunteers, the operation of the Gift Shop and Schoolhouse Café, the planning and supervision of events; and whatever is needed to safeguard and enhance the experience of all Shrine pilgrims.

The employment process for the Shrine is managed through the Diocese of Green Bay Human Resource Department. Any person-to-person interviews will take place on the National Shrine grounds.
