Personal veneration is available in the Chapel during the hour before the 11:30 a.m. Mass, offering quiet time for prayer and reflection.

St. Joseph Bilczewski’s feast day is on March 20. In honor of his life and witness, the National Shrine will bring his relic from the Apparition Oratory to the Apparition Chapel for veneration that day.

St. Joseph Bilczewski served as the Archbishop of Lviv and was known for his deep faith, pastoral care, and dedication to the spiritual and social needs of his people. A scholar and devoted shepherd, he worked tirelessly to strengthen the Church, promote charity, and care for the poor. His life remains a witness to faithful service and love for Christ and His Church.
