Our Lady of Champion is the official patroness of the Northern Route of the National Eucharistic Congress – The Marian Route! Departing from the headwaters of the Mississippi, the northern arm of the Pilgrimage will descend through the midwestern United States, pass through Wisconsin and Illinois, and meet up with the other three Pilgrimage routes in Indianapolis at the 10th National Eucharistic Congress.

On June 16, the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage will arrive in Champion, where we will celebrate Mass and do a large Eucharistic Rosary Procession.

  • 1:00 p.m. – Talk on the Eucharist by the National Shrine’s Rector.
  • 2:00 p.m. – Mass at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion with Bishop David L. Ricken of the Diocese of Green Bay (the Bishop who officially investigated and approved the Apparitions of Our Lady of Champion in Wisconsin).
  • Following Mass – A 1.7-mile Eucharistic Rosary Procession around the grounds of Champion Shrine.
